Developers are lifelong self-learners, easily frustrated when stuck in a role with no opportunity to learn new technologies and broaden their skill set. Carve out time to experiment with cutting edge technologies and solve compelling, business-critical problems – give us a regular dose of why we became developers in the first place and it will positively impact every facet of the wider development team. Leveraging automation and tools within a DevOps culture is one way to help free up time for us to focus on work that is more interesting and also allow us to continue to build our skill set.
