As VP and GM – Marianne Calder leads Puppet’s Go To Market operations, including sales, marketing, and customer success throughout EMEA to help fuel Puppet’s aggressive expansion in the region. Marianne has a successful track record of driving growth, talent development and innovation in various leadership roles across the industry. Most recently, Marianne led the Collaboration Sales and Architecture at Cisco, returning the 1BN Collaboration Business to growth through strong sales execution and tight engagement with Cisco's Collaboration Engineering Team. Previous Leadership roles during her 21 year tenure include the responsibility for growing Cisco’s Virtual/Inside Sales Organization (a 1.2BN business with 425 employees across 26 countries) Marianne is as passionate about the team and the people as she is about the business results. Throughout her career she has been deeply engaged in leading Diversity Programs. A Danish national, she now lives in the UK with her husband and three children.
